Who looks after your information

The data controller is ArcticRex Oy (Finnish business ID 3587587-8), the company behind Stego. Contact hello@arcticrex.com about the waitlist or your personal data.

Joining the waitlist

We collect your email address so we can contact you about Stego’s early access and opportunities to help shape the product. Joining is voluntary. We process this information with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe option in our emails.

We also record campaign codes from the link you used, when present. These help us understand which advertising brings people to the waitlist. We do not sell your information.

If you choose to answer the follow-up questions, we save your workshop frequency, purchasing role and optional note with your email to help shape Stego and its early-access invitations. The free-text note is not sent to analytics.

Where it goes

Formbricks processes waitlist submissions for us. See Formbricks’ privacy policy. Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages, whose provider processes connection data to deliver and protect the site. See GitHub’s privacy statement.

Site measurement

We measure page visits, campaign codes and actions such as accepted waitlist submissions. We do not include your email address in analytics events. We use Rybbit for this measurement, without analytics cookies or session recordings. See Rybbit’s privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information while running the early-access programme, and review it at least every 12 months. If you withdraw consent, we remove your waitlist record unless we must retain limited information to comply with a legal obligation.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Contact hello@arcticrex.com. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
